Thermal Inspections
Roofing, buildings, solar, electrical systems, mechanical equipment and industrial assets.
UAS // THERMAL // VIBRATION // CONDITION MONITORING // MAPPING // INSPECTION
Asset intelligence built to detect developing problems early. Thermal, vibration, UAS, mapping and field inspection for industrial assets, facilities, construction and hard-to-reach systems.
AERIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR REAL-WORLD WORK
Apex Analysis combines modern UAS technology with experience around industrial equipment, mining operations, emergency response, condition monitoring and field work. The aircraft is a tool. The real value is knowing what to collect, what to look for and how to turn it into useful information.

REAL FIELD DATA
Thermal imaging adds another layer to an inspection. Paired with detailed visible imagery, it can reveal temperature patterns and anomalies that deserve closer investigation while reducing the need to put personnel at height simply to collect initial imagery.

ABOUT // GARRET McCULLAR
Apex Analysis did not start with a drone. It grew out of years spent working in environments where equipment, conditions, communication and safety matter every day. Garret McCullar's background combines coal mining and industrial operations with structural and wildland firefighting, emergency response, vibration and alignment work, thermal analysis and field leadership.
In coal mining, Garret worked across surface operations, coal preparation and industrial systems, eventually taking on management and leadership responsibilities. His experience includes preparation plants processing roughly 750–1,400 tons per hour depending on yield, two processing circuits, fines recovery, screen bowls, TEMA equipment, 40-inch cyclones, approximately six miles of conveyors, heavy surface equipment, plant optimization, personnel management, safety investigations, vendor management and Allen-Bradley HMI and PLC projects.
Mining also put him around the mechanical side of reliability. Through vibration analysis, alignment and machinery condition monitoring, the job became more than reacting when equipment failed. It meant paying attention to vibration, temperature, alignment, operating behavior and changes over time—the early indicators that can help tell the story of what a machine is doing.
His firefighting background developed a different but closely related skill set. Garret trained and worked around structural firefighting, rescue and wildland operations, where situational awareness, communications, accountability, incident command and risk assessment are part of every response. Structural fire work meant operating in PPE and SCBA, working around heat, smoke, limited visibility and rapidly changing conditions while staying connected to the crew and the objective.
Wildland and incident-response training added another layer: understanding terrain, fire behavior, changing weather, command structure and how information from the field affects decisions. Those experiences are a major reason Apex Analysis is interested in thermal UAS support for organized search, emergency response and difficult-to-access areas. The aircraft does not replace responders on the ground—it can give them another perspective and another source of information.
That same way of thinking carries directly into thermal analysis. A thermal image is not automatically an answer. Temperature differences have to be viewed alongside the environment, the asset, operating conditions and visible imagery. Apex Analysis uses thermal technology as part of a larger inspection process for roofs, buildings, mechanical and electrical equipment, energy assets and search applications.
THE TECHNOLOGY CHANGED. THE MINDSET DIDN'T: UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS, FIND THE INFORMATION THAT MATTERS, AND DO THE JOB RIGHT.
FIRE SERVICE // EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Fire service experience is part of the foundation behind Apex Analysis's approach to field operations. Training in structural and wildland environments reinforced disciplined communication, scene awareness, crew accountability and the importance of collecting useful information before committing people into difficult conditions.

TECHNOLOGY // EQUIPMENT
Apex Analysis is not built around a single drone. We combine aerial platforms, thermal imaging, vibration and condition-analysis methods, precision mapping, professional imaging systems and field equipment to evaluate assets from multiple perspectives.
The objective is not simply to collect imagery. It is to identify developing conditions, document what is happening and provide useful information that can help reduce downtime, damage and unnecessary asset loss.

Enterprise and professional aircraft used for thermal inspection, visual inspection, mapping, documentation, repeatable site monitoring and specialized aerial data collection.
Thermal data collection for roofs, buildings, electrical and mechanical systems, solar assets, industrial equipment and field search applications. Thermal patterns are evaluated alongside visible imagery and operating conditions.
Condition-monitoring experience focused on rotating machinery and developing mechanical problems. Vibration, alignment, temperature and equipment behavior can provide early indicators before a failure becomes obvious.
Structured aerial data capture for orthomosaics, 3D models, point clouds, measurements, stockpile volumes, site documentation and repeatable construction or industrial monitoring.
High-resolution camera systems, professional lenses, stabilized platforms and documentation equipment for detailed ground and aerial imagery when a project requires more than automated data capture.
Field equipment and operational systems selected for industrial sites, remote locations, nighttime work and response-oriented missions where planning, communication and situational awareness matter.
THE APEX APPROACH
Every mission starts with the objective. We plan around the site, conditions, airspace and information the client actually needs—then collect and organize the data around that purpose.
LET'S GET TO WORK.
